MY REVIEW:

I honestly loved this book HARD!

Throttle Me was a perfect mixture of love and sexiness. 

Suzy is your definition of a good girl with a dirty mind. She has her life plan, and doesn't ever want to steer away from it. 

Until one day fate decided to step in, and change Suzy's plan. 

CITY.... What can I say about City... Well he screams sex.  Oh, and I forgot to mention that he rides a motorcycle.... YUMMMMM

Anyways, a horrible incident in City's past leaves him thinking he'll never find love again.  Not that he was looking, City was content hooking up with his randoms.   

City has the look of a total bad ass, covered in tattoos, but really he's just a great guy.  He's pure alpha, kinky male, who knows exactly what he wants, and how to get it. 

He's the exact type of guy Suzy wants to stay away from. 

As we all know, fate works in mysterious ways.

When a chance meeting between the two, turn into one steamy unforgettable night, it leaves both City and Suzy craving more. 

Throttle Me was honestly all types of delicious. 

I loved City's hardcore side, and I loved how it brought out the "bad girl freak" in Suzy. 

Throttle Me is a well deserved 5 star read.

                              “Do you swear?” I asked as she set the glass back on the bar.
“What?” She gaped at me.
“Do you swear? Sim ple question. You’ve said ‘heck’ and ‘friggin’’ so far, but nothing dirty.”
“Oh, um, yeah, I s wear.” Her cheeks turned pink and a small smile spread across her face. “I’m just used to watching my words with the kids around all day.”
“Prove it,” I said as I stared in her blue sapphire eyes.
“What? Why?”
“Cause I need to k now if it’s in you. Are you all good girl or is the re more under there dying to come out?” I hid the smile and laughter that was so close to breaking free from m y lips. The pink of her cheeks spread across her face . I know I embarrassed her, but fuck, I needed to k now if I stood a chance.
“Yes, I swear. Wha t do you think I am? I’m not a child, City.” She gl ared at me as she raised the drink to her lips and wrapp ed them around the rim. Fuck I wanted those lips wrapped around my shaft, taking me deep and sucking me off.
“Never said you we re, babe. Do you drink besides tonight?” I asked, n ow smiling because I knew she was upset. I liked the f ire I saw in her eyes when I pointed out her good g irl qualities – she obviously didn’t like being labeled .
“Sometimes. I’m ju st responsible. I don’t drink and drive. My dad use d to be a cop and it was drilled into my head at an earl y age.” The words she spoke hit me like a ton of br icks. Drunk driving was the one thing in the world that c aused my blood to boil.
Good girl teacher with a cop father? Just my luck. “Nothin’ wrong wit h that. Virgin daiquiris aren’t always your thing, th en?”
“Why? Do I have to be a drinker? I mean does it make me less of an adult?”
“No, Suzy. Just tr ying to get a feel for who you are – what you are.”

Angie sat cross-legged on the window settee. The brightness of the moon belied the late hour, pushing the shadows deep into the corners. The faint murmur of Tyler’s and Connor’s voices rose through the floorboards from the first level. She looked over at the rumpled bed sheets and then down at the journal lying open in her lap. She re-read her entry.
We did it. I actually did it. How much must Tyler love me to have granted me this particular fantasy? Who knew my husband had a kinky side? And, even though he encouraged me to play with Connor over the weekend, which…WOW…tonight was different. Very different. Tonight the man I’m committed to watched another man make love to me. The only thing that could have made it better would have been to feel both men inside me at the same time. Being sandwiched between two gorgeous men…that’s something I think many women fantasize about. I imagine my body would struggle to accommodate them, but in the end they would win. I think I’d forget to breathe.
My mouth’s watering as I write this. My body tingles. Should I be ashamed of how I feel? How will Tyler react now that it’s over? Was this a one-time event? How do I tell my husband I’m counting the hours until we can do it again?
Angela paused and raised her head when the bedroom door opened, and her husband walked in, a knowing smile on his handsome face.

Oh Anne Lange, you can write a RED HOT romance!  This was a very, very sexy book!  Anne gives us not one, but two glorious Alpha Males **fanning myself** in this story. And as if that's not enough to make you want to rush over to One Click this beauty, how about a book about living out your deepest darkest romantic fantasies (and having your husbands blessings)?!
I loved that this book wasn't only about Angela's fantasies becoming a reality, but also how her husband's wishes were also able to come true.  Aren't we all looking for a way to follow our dreams? I love reading stories about couple's in healthy, loving relationships- not only between each other but the relationships they have with their friends and families- however different they may be from our own.
I mentioned this book was a HOT one, but that doesn't quite cover it.  STEAMY, JUICY, SEXY, ROMANTIC, DIVINE...  Ladies, pour your selves a glass of chilled wine, grab a paper fan and prepare yourselves for an enjoyable escape through a book where one woman and two men's dreams came true!  This book was a 5 star read for me.             <3  MK

Shayne McClendon's Yes to Everything

I truly enjoyed reading Yes to Everything; it was an emotional, at times heartbreaking, perfect love story.  And as we all know, I love a good love story!

I loved everything about Brooke Kincaid's character.  At a young age, due to horrific events, Brooke was left to step up her responsibilities and raise her 3 younger siblings. 

What Brooke thinks is a small, one time job to make some quick cash, winds up being a huge life changing moment. Brooke never would've guessed the amazingly stunning, sexy Bradshaw twins would ever even consider her being apart of their band. It becomes an offer she knows she just can't refuse. 

Once Brooke starts to get used to her new life, she meets the delicious, older Rex. 
This former marine is a sexy, muscled,  pure alpha male and he isn't ashamed to take what he wants.  Rex owns the tattoo shop Brooke takes her younger brother to, while they're stopped in Chicago. 

What was a chance meeting, turns into a hard, strong, sexy, heated, beautiful love, that most people don't have the luck of experiencing. 

With one horrible act of vicious violence, everything Brooke had loved and cherished, gets brutally taken away from her, leaving her in a shell of the person she once was. 

Yes to Everything opened my eyes to fate.  Everything happens for a reason.  Knowing this doesn't take the pain away, or make you hurt any less.  Sometimes people come into our lives as a lesson, to prepare us for those we have yet to let in. 

Shayne's writing displayed such true heartfelt emotions.  While reading this book I spent half the time laughing, and the other half crying with a broken heart. 

This story takes you on a journey of losing everything you once held so close to your heart, and figuring out if there's anyway to move forward.  And if you decide to move forward, figuring out if you can ever possibly give in to a love like the one you just lost, ever again. 

Yes to Everything was a great read, Shayne has gained a forever fan in me!!

Ready to be Torn??

I just finished reading Torn from You by Author Nashoda Rose, and I'm honestly blown away!!!

 Let me start by saying holy F*#!$%G SHIT!!! This book had me hooked since reading the first page.  I was addicted and nothing but reading more could help cure that fix!

 It starts off in the prequel With You, where we meet Emily and Sculpt.  We are quickly introduced to a burning love that develops after Emily persuades Sculpt to train her to fight. 


Sculpt is an underground fighter, and member of a band.  He screams danger and sex mixed up in one.  He's very mysterious; no one even knows his real name or anything about him for that matter.  Emily on the other hand... sweet, sweet Emily.  She's innocent but can't help the pull she feels whenever she's near Sculpt.  They both finally give in to their feelings and it's beautiful.  Then the unthinkable happens...

 Torn from You starts right where With You leaves off.  We're brought to a dark, dark, disturbing place.  And just when you thought you couldn't be anymore shocked by a plot; you're wrong, very, very wrong!

 In the beginning of Torn from You, I honestly hated Sculpt (who's true name becomes known).  I just couldn't believe that he could possibly be the man he is revealed to be.  I was introduced to this new side of Sculpt; a scary side.  He was cold, dominating, demanding and scary.  I honestly found myself hurting for Emily; my heart tore for her.

 Without giving any more away; I will say this is definitely one of my favorites.  The emotional heartache and betrayal that you feel while reading this book is unreal.  One second you're happy and the next you're heart literally hurts.  While reading I thought to myself, 'There is no way that Sculpt can ever come back from the things he caused Emily to endure... AND LET ME SAY... 'Boy, was I wrong!'. I so badly wanted to hate him for what takes place; but I couldn't.  By the end, I actually loved him!


 If you like a dark, slightly disturbing, Dom/sub, passionate love type of book; this is the perfect read.  This book was a lot to grasp; It was raw and demanding. It leaves you wanting so much more.  I absolutely loved it!  Nashoda Rose has another huge fan under her belt.  I cant wait for the next book in the series!

Until November by Aurora Rose Reynolds

If you are like me, your TBR list is 10 miles long; you have 100's of unread books on your book shelf and your e-reader. So, I searched my Kindle for my next great read. I was looking for a book that would blow me away. I wanted to fall hard and fast.

 I wish someone would have warned me.

I fell HARD!!!

I fell FAST!!

I was BLOWN AWAY!!

I tend to be a slow reader, I want to feel each word that the author has put on the page. I could not do it with this book. Aurora had me hooked and craving more within the first 2 pages of Until November.

You first meet November. She has had a hard life. And after something bad happens to her, she packs her car with her stuff and heads for Tennessee. When she gets settled in, she starts her first day of work. A day she will not soon forget. Its the day she meets Asher!!!!

O sweet, sweet, sexy Asher. That name alone made me want him. He is all alpha male with a side of sweet and loving. I laughed at how crazy he was and swooned at how loving he was.

When November finds out that her mother's parents had put her in their will, she never expected that it would bring some major problems. And with Asher by her side (even if at times, she does not want him there), they fight, they argue, they fall in love and get through these problems.

I loved every minute of this book; so much so that I reread it again. If you want to fall hard, if you want to fall fast and if you want to be blown away; pick up this book and read it. I can not wait for more.
